Спонтанная резорбция грыж межпозвонковых дисков

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены данные, свидетельствующие о возможности регресса грыж межпозвонковых дисков в сроки от 3 до 12 мес. В процессе резорбции грыжи диска важную роль играют иммунный ответ организма и фактор неоваскуляризации периферических отделов фиброзного кольца. Лучше подвергаются резорбции транслигаментарные и секвестрированные грыжи, нежели сублигаментарные. Для усиления резорбции межпозвонковой грыжи необходимо активировать микроциркуляцию в поврежденном позвоночно-двигательном сегменте.
